Ok so I know these pics are disgusting and I'm sorry but Randy thought they were blog worthy. Out here in Queen Creek we have tons on gophers every where. This is the 2nd gopher that we have had. For those of you that don' t know what gopher's do they make this little village underground and they eat roots from plants. Plus they dig these mounds every where. So not only were these mound destroying our yard but the stupid gopher was eating the roots to our tree. So needless to say the tree was dying. So what we do to get rid of the gopher is you find a fresh mound that he has just made and that means that he is close by. You stick a hose down the mound and flood them out. Somtimes when you put your hose down there it can be 30 min before you see any water coming out, because there is so many tunnels underground. So this time randy flooded him out and whacked him on the head when he poked his head out. They are very small but they can cause so much destruction.
